OT: Checking actual internet speed?

Does anyone know of a good free website which you could use to check for your actual internet speed? I tried googling it but came up with dozens of results!

If you are on PLDT, go to http://pldtplay.com/, go to resource, bandwidth test.
Or you could type "Bandwidth test" on google.
