the 82nd and the french pulled guard duty for us (the 101st) on our western flank back in Desert Storm.
never got a chance to thank them....

Hey, at least the 101 made up for that whole missing WWI thing. That's right, they missed the first half of WWII as well. :beer: :supergrin:
I don't think the 101st will ever need to apologize to anyone for their service to this country.
