It appears that my gun is shooting to the left of aim about 3-4". To adjust my sights do I move my rear sight to the right??
Thanks

Yes. In the future picture this:
Hold your left index finger extended with your arm outstretched. This is your front sight.
Make a "V" with your right hand and hold it about 6" from your face, this is your rear sight.
Now,
Move the "V" to your right. Realign your index finger to center "V", which way did you move your point of impact?
Works for elevation too.
cool, I know....

Move the rear sight in the direction you want the round to go. In your case, yes, move it to the right. If you have a gun with an adjustable front sight, and want to adjust the front sight instead, it would be opposite.
