This is for any owners out there,

Can the windage/elevation adjustment screws on the M6X/TLR2 type Light/Laser combos be screwed all the way out of the unit, or is something holding them in? The reason why I ask is they look like the allen head adjustment screws on cheaper units; I personally have had a few (Laserlyte, BSA, etc.)and all eventually had screws fall out over time from recoil.

So, if nothing is there to hold them in, should I use loctite and hope I can get my TLR2/M6X sighted in before it dries?:freak: This would seem a most inefficient design.

I haven't tried to back the Allen screws all the way out in my TLR-2 but it feels to me like they've included a rubber friction washer to keep them from moving in or out from the effects of recoil. I don't think Loctite is a good idea. It could migrate into the laser area and gum things up...

Right now I am torn between the TLR2 and the TLR1, with the laser repeatability/quality/durability being the deciding factor. I simply don't want a laser that can have the adjustment screws taken out directly.
