How do you like your JP trigger? It is a single stage, correct? I'm assuming once you set it and use loctite it's duty worthy?

I had one for a couple of years. Worked fine most of the time, but can be a pain to get adjusted "just right", as you mentioned you have to screw-glue the adjustments securely, and despite all the attention I still did experience a couple of failures to reset. With the tiny bearing surface of the two primary adjustment screws, if you get a small piece/chunk of crud in the wrong place in the lower, it can cause problems, and I believe that's what happened to me.
In my opinion/experience, probably not suitable as a "duty" trigger.

I've installed them in all my ARs (probably a dozen or so) never had a problem. On duty rifles I use the Mil-Spec hammer spring, on plinkers the JP springs.

JP's gear is top drawer stuff, and best utilized on race guns only.

Folks over at arfcom think they're the cat's you know what. However, I'm going a different route. Thanks to all.
I've always liked mine. Works pretty well. I might try one of their modular units soon.
IMHO, single stage competition triggers have no place on a combat rifle. Eugene should've put a 2-stage in the AR to begin with just for the added safety.
RRA 2-stage is a solid and safe trigger. If you know someone who gets Brownell's dealer discounts, they are only $75.
