Does anyone know if the 9 round magazine follower will fit the 10 round magazine?

Just took a 9 and a 10 apart. The 9rnd follower is about 1 or 2mm smaller but the follower sat in the 10 rnd fine and It loaded 10 rounds.

Didn't test fire the mag though.

for the information. I looking for a way to replace the newer 10 round mag follower, the one with the sharp point. This newer follower somehow put too much pressure on a closed slide making the charging the first round very difficult at best. It is so bad that I won't use the new 10 round mags for anything but charging magizines in competition.

I appreciate your taking the time to make the test. I have to buy a 9 round and try it out.
