Need help with trailer light hookup on 2000 Chrysler Caravan

I need to install a simple 4 wire trailer light plug on my Minivan to connect to a utility trailer that is pre-wired for lights. My 2000 Chrysler Caravan is a bit different from my old Ford and Chevy products from times past.
If anyone can help me with this it will be greatly appreciated .
