Doesn't seem to say in the manual.

I was hoping to get Speer Gold Dot 124 grain +P's to use in mine.

Yes, but I'd recommend Speer Gold Dot short barrel ammo as the most effective round for the PM9

I asked this same question of Kahr and I was informed by Dottie that +P is fine for the PM9 but +P+ (I wanted use Win Ran 127 +P+) should not be used.

Can the PM9 accept +P ammo?

As others have said, YES, but I prefer to use the standard pressure (RA9T) Winchester Ranger 147 grain JHPs in my PM9. The test results (penetration/expansion) that I've seen are excellent.

FWIW, I've tried the (RA9TA) Winchester Ranger 127 grain +P+ in mine, however I can't seem to control it well enough to suit me for followup shots. YMMV.
