Streamlight M6 Problem

I bought an M6 a year ago for my G21. My brother just loaned me his Laser Bore Sight to check my Mepro Night Sites. My M6 is not lining up with the Bore Sight Laser. It should 2" below the Bore Sight. Mine is below and about 3" to the right.
I know the M6 laser has a couple of allen screws to adjust the laser but I've adjusted the screws and the laser point doesn't move at all. I'm adjusting the 2 allen screws and it has no effect on the M6 at all. Anyone here have one, or experience with one?

Is your G21 on a stable non moving platform when you move the screws?

If so, are you saying no matter what direction you adjust the Hex Screws the dot isn't moving? If thats the case then the M6 is probably broken, if not, something might be binding or pushing it off center and the screws have reached their max adjustment range.

Yeah it's mounted to my bench pointing at a target 25 feet away. Both allen screws tighten up when turned all the way in and alsmost fall out when you loosen them. It doesn't seem to adjust at all.

Call the company and see what they say. I've read their Customer service is pretty good. They may have you send it in for repairs. You never know.
