I have been looking at the .17 HMR suppressor that Gemtech is making. I'm picturing a sound signature similar to a suppressed .22lr with supersonic ammo, but I have no idea if that's correct. Opinions? Experience?

I do not have any experience with the model that you are speaking of. All of my cans are 9mm. Go to www.silencertests.com there will be a lot of members that can provide knowledgeable info.

I checked there and didn't see any tests or posts about it. If I don't get any responses here, I'll join up and post a question over there. Thanks for the link. They do seem to have a lot of knowledge over there.
