USP 45 Price again! [Archive]

I found a good condition in the box fullsize 45 usp with 2 factory 10 rounders and night sights, for $550. This seems like a steal and it is a variant 2 which is set up for leftys like me so this sweetens the deal. Is this a decent price? I need to know soon before it's sold.

I'd jump on that if I were you. Unless the barrel is bulged or the frame cracked, it's a very good deal.

Well... I bought it and its pretty much my new favorite handgun. It's a KH date code which means it was made in 1997, and it still functions flawlessly and is exceptionally accurate. It beats out my Sig 220 on all fronts; controlability, reliability, ergonomics, accuracy. I compare it to the 220 because last time I was shopping for a .45 everyone recomended it over the USP...boy were they wrong. Anyway that 220 is gone, my USP is here and I'm now officially a huge H&K fan :)

Looks to be in great shape! Are ya ever going to look into up-grades? I know since then they make them with poly rifling and stronger fireing pins.
