Any chance Walther will produce the P99 in 357??
IMHO, no. Walther is always busy producing 9mm pistols for European police and security agencies.
I doubt Walther will ever do the .357
I think they would get around to do the .45 before the .357
FWIW there was drop in barrels that one could buy through Jarvis and another company (the name slips my mind) that one could use if you had a .40S&W P99...
though they were said to not be reliable and where droped from regular production....Some of them were extended barrels... I know one member had his barrel ported and is very happy with it as a range and fun gun but would not use it as CCW due to reliability issues feeding the rounds....
I would like to see a P99 in .357 SIG, but I don't think Walther will bring it out.
Bar-sto was the other, A few made them work but too many horor stories, I almost did it but decide just to go HK or something if I really wanted a 357 sig.
hehehe
thanks Rockets.... I guess I got you out on the boards today huh
glad to see you around man...
