I have a really hard time suggesting anything but the Milt Sparks VM2.
I've been carrying my G-19 almost daily in a Kramer IWB (horsehide) for over 10 years, now. It's still going strong. Best $100 I've ever spent!

The price has gone up just a little bit since I bought mine, but $15 over 10 years isn't bad!
Mine is the #2, but either the #2 or #3 will be good to go.

I have not tried the #2. The Kramer #3 is the best holster I have ever used. I have one for a Glock 19 and one for a full size 1911. They hold the pistol in tight against the body and conceal very well.

Dont' know if you like kydex, but I love my Comp-Tac shirt tucker.
Best one I've found is the Threat Solutions UCR. Unfortunately they are hard to get ahold of and buy from.
One reason the UCR works so well is because it is made of a very think Kydex. That also makes it a little fragile. The belt loops will break after about a year of constant wear.
Still it is the most comfortable and concealable holster I've found in over 30 years of this stuff.

The C-TAC slide holster. Do a search on C-TAC or CTAC and you'll learn why.
+1 on Kramer.
I have an OWB horsehide scabbard for my P99C and a Pocket Holster for my J-frame and they're great.
Kramer is money well spent.

My Kytac Braveheart is the most comfortable and concealable iwb holster I own.

I've carried a G19 for several years in the old classic Milt Sparks Summer Special. I think they can be ordered from Cabela's (or Midway, I can't remember). Can also be ordered directly from Sparks.

I use my Crossbreed almost exclusively - when I can wear my shirt untucked.
Tucked IWB doesn't work so well for me - tried CrossBreed and CTAC.
I find that the Crosbreed is less bulky than the CTAC and the Galco FLETCH.
It holds closer than the M7X Matrix, Uncle Mikes Paddle and the Galco FLETCH.
Excellent value for $$ IMHO.
G19 disappears under just a light t-shirt with the Crossbreed.
Comfortable enough to sleep in.

I have a Crossbrred for my G 30. It is not bulky and very comfortable.
My first Glock was a G23
My first IWB for it was a Ted Blocker ( M10 and G23 stamped on the
back of th holster ) I, like you, have a box of holsters, but I
keep coming back to the Ted Blocker. It has only one belt loop
that allows for small angle adjustments for comfort, but stays
where I put it. I would buy another if required.
I also like most anything by Milt Sparks. Last I know its about
a twenty week wait for any Sparks holster not in stock.
Hope you find somthing you like.......

I like sidearmor for outside the belt.
Inside, I like The Ultra Thin Fist with cantable j-hooks.
This picture has a loop but I prefer j-hooks.
Anyone any experience with the DeSantis "Tuck-This" IWB holster in combination with the G19 or any other gun?
I'm pretty much interested in buying it.....
1. SmartCarry. Perfect for my 4-5 mile morning run with a G19 in it.
2. C-TAC.

+1 here. I love Milt Sparks VMII as well, but in terms of sheer speed, it is hard to beat a Kydex holster.

I agree 100%
I have owned many different brands of IWB holsters, and for me, the best is my Brommeland MaxCon V.

I vote for the C-TAC with velcro clips.
I have a C-Tac for my G19 and a VM11 for a 1911. I prefer the feel of the VMll. I think it has a tiny bit of give against the body, which the C-Tac doesn't have. I realize the widths of the two pistols are not the same, but even with that in mind, I prefer the feel of leather over the Kydex.
Oak
I use a OWB Desantis Speed Scabbard for my G19.
IWB holster Milt Sparks Executive Companion.
Both are very thin and comfortable. I wear the Desantis mostly because OWB holsters are more comfortable to me. Especially since I have had hip replacement. :)

I have been using a Comp-Tac C-TAC for my G19 for several years now, daily wear, and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.
I love my C-TAC. Although, I wish the clips were a little differently designed. The way they attach to the holster results in a slightly skewed angle. With C-clips the belt clips rest closer and cause the bottom of the clips to stick out.
I really like the Blade Tech Ultimate Concealment Holster. It is perfect for me.

I have Kramer Belt Scabbards in cowhide for my G19/23, Colt Commander, and SIG P229.
I have Kramer IWB #3's in horsehide for my G19/23, Colt Commander and SIG P229.
I think I'm starting to see a pattern developing here.

Happyguy :)
Try this, I have been carrying a glock in one for a few months, and to be honest, for $50, its a pretty nice holster. Adjustable cant, adjustable tension, shirt guard, etc.

Not the only option, not the worst option, not the best option, just an option, that works for me. Maybe itll work for you too. :)
Another vote for Milt Sparks as well. The summer special II is my favorite.
MoCop
Here in Florida I use shorts and a tshirt untucked A LOT. I found the Protech sleeve the most comfortable way of carrying.

My first IWB is a Kramer. In fact it's the first IWB he ever made for the, then new, 40S&W G22. That was in 1990 about a week before I shipped out to Iraq. It still works just like new, Kramers will outlast your gun, and after you add up all the years they come out to a few bucks a year. Lately Kramers been doing regular cowhide to please the cheap folks. It is still the same quality, but believe me Kramer literally invented the whole Horsehide thing and a Kramer just really isn't a Kramer unless it's Horsehide. You can by big name and big name 6-7 times in the next couple decades or you can buy ONE Kramer.
Quality costs, but comes out cheaper in the long run. Yes I said 1990 and it still holds the G22 it was made for like......., well like.....a Kramer (you know shove cleared gun in, hold upside down over bed, shake it till your arms and shoulders get sore; and it's still in the holster and hasn't moved a MM)
Edited to add: Since I retired I am a full-time college student. TX law says not in a college building, so Its off its on, Its off its on, Etc So my everyday rig is a Kramer MSP Paddle right now. I also have a Kramer OWB Scabbard, you'd really be surprised at how comfortable a pancake OWB is and they conceal better than you'd think. Of course they are all Horsehide.
And Don't forget the belt. Kramer belts are real expensive but there are plenty of people who make GUN belts usually double-thick leather; a good belt can make the whole rig a lot more comfortable.

Y'awl don't know what you're missing. I have two different G19s that I CCW. Each one has a dedicated holster, and each holster is the same: A FIST K1 Kydex Tuckable IWB with Extreme Cant and a J hook. I had mine made of the thicker material. Very comfortable, conceals very easily, and goes on and off like a dream. With the J hook, you don't even have to string the belt through the loop. On a long drive, I just reach down to my side, slip the J hook under and off the belt, and slip the whole thing up above the belt for added comfort, or perhaps added lack of discomfort.

Sweat shirt, long sleeve or over shirt: Blackhawk CQC Serpa lock with paddle attached. I find this works great when body armor is needed and provides a level 2 retention system which is always a nice bonus. I train almost exclusively with this holster as it sees the most use.
http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d175/86strokerlx/Fun%20stuff/IMG_2791.jpg
T-Shirt: Proline IWB(it has snaps so I don't have to de-loop my belt).
http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d175/86strokerlx/Fun%20stuff/IMG_2792.jpg
Dress clothing: Just ordered a Desantis Tuck-This.
I have a Galco Speed Scabbard that gets plenty of use too. Very easily concealed under a long sleeve or sweat shirt.

Basically, try some on and get a feel for what you like. As I've found, there is no "Perfect" holster, at least not for me. My situation dictates the use of different holsters so I adjust based on what day it is and the weather I'm faced with.
Good luck in your search!

I have been carrying in a desantis iwb for over two years, the only thing i did was cut the magazine pouch off the front{i hate those things} it is very comfy and conceals my 19 right down to the grip, it basically melts away, the holster is nylon. i also conceal my bug's a ppk and chief's special in desantis iwb{LEATHER} i love those as well too.

Yes! :agree: I've been through dozens of other designs and this is the best I've tried.
For OWB carry, you can't go wrong with Comp-Tac's belt holster, either.

I use daily 2 Kramer's #3 in Horsehide. I also use at times 1 Galco Combat master, and I will get a Kramer FBI canted horsehide belt scabbard later this year. I love the IWB #3's in horse from kramer though! Absolutely the best.
