Smith 1911 tactical, Do ya like?

I have decided I need to add a 1911 to my collection and Im leaning towards the stainless full size smith and wesson with rail.
I handeled on at a gun show yesterday and It was nice. I had wanted a stainless TLE/RLE2. Is this a good choice for a first 1911 and are they accurate.

All of the other Smith 1911's I've seen have been reliable & accurate. I would expect the railed model to be also.
