I'm replacing sights on my G23....
How do I remove the front sight?

Assuming you're talking about the stock plastic sight...
1. Grab sight with pliers.
2. Pull.
3. Put in trash.
They are a "use once" type part. If you ever want to replace it (heaven knows why) you'll need to buy a new one (comes with a new front stake) and put it on.

Another approach is non-destructive. Important if there happens to be something wrong with the sight you are going to install.
