Wow. You sure cram a lot of different angles into one story. Story seems good though the preparations are somewhat unlikely. Every survivalists dream on the other hand.

Only comment on mistakes I can add is that you used a spell checker and therefore have a lot of correctly spelled words that are just plain the wrong words or missing words. Unfortunately that is a time consuming problem to fix.

Max's place isn't that far fecthed or his supplies, I was once very close to it at one place and moved out. Max's farm is a combo of mine and my old place.

As for the misspelled words, that becomes a bit of a problem. I do use spell check and I have had help in editing, but things still get by.
