View Full Version : Bulk Ammo: G-A Canned Heat vs. Precision Cartridge?
I need to order a case of .357 for my new Sig. Would like to hear from anybody who has tried both of these and can tell me if they're about the same load, or if one is hotter and closer to what is found on a typical carry load like Speer Gold Dot.
Georgia-Arms Canned Heat is $1.30/box more delivered, but both brands are reloads.
All I've tried is WWB sofar and it didn't seem very hot - curious how these will compare. Thanks! :)
I loaded a couple of mags with a mix of GA and Precision,my impression was the Precision was slightly hotter than the GA.Both were FMJ 124/125gr...I just received my second case of Precision yesterday, with shipping the Precision was a little cheaper.I have not tried any of either brand in a JHP loading...Hope that helps...

Wagner Accuswage may be another one for you to try.....
Since I purchased my G32 back in May that only ammo I've shot through it has been Georgia Arms Canned Heat. It's functioned perfectly fine and seems more accurate than I'm capable of :)

Ended up ordering a case of Speer Lawman factory ammo from ammoman. Very good price and nothing wrong with Lawman ammo!
