Well I finally joined the realm of maks. I picked up a Russian mak with holster and 2 mags for $185.00. I shot the only box of ammo they had in the store. Norinco 9x18,It actually shot real accurate about 3" at 25 yrds. This is my first mak.

$185 sounds like a good price. Norinco ammo should be inexpensive - $8 or less - probably cheaper than anything else you'll find easily. It's good stuff to learn the Mak on and I'd buy a bunch of it if the price is right.
