USPSA Production reloading

Where is the forum for competition reloading? :)

Was wondering if anyone has worked up an under-powered 40S&W load for USPSA Production shooting. Minimum power factor is 125. I don't have a chrono and haven't done any competition reloading yet, so I'm looking to the experienced for answers. :)
