I recently postes a question about meprolight(kimber) customer service and their warranty policy. I had a broken screw issue while installing a front sight on my G30. You guys suggested a call to the warranty dept.You guys wanted me to post my findings.I called them on friday , customer service was very friendly and the guy didn't ask any questions."just send it back to me in a padded envelope and I'll get a replacement right out to you. Now that is customer service.No questions, no problems. only spoke with 2 people no running around. i will be buying from them again in the near future.
One more question from you guys, do most of you use same color for front and rear or different colors and what are the advantages ,disadvantages. THANKS to all of you for your replies and help.
