Anybody know where I can find welding plans for popper targets?

Not a lot of welding on a popper. The bases yes, but the popper is usually attached to the base by bolts. Welding creates soft spots in AR steel.

If you are close to Pueblo, swing by the range and I can show you a couple different versions. Forward falling, rearward falling, some small spring loaded ones, and some that pivot and reset by themselves.
