G34 vs. USP 9 for USPSA/IPDA

I'm thinking that the G34 is superior to the USP 9 for USPSA/IPDA competition, and that the only HK production unit that's a close competitor is the USP Expert 9.

Also, at almost $300-$400 more than the G34, the USP Expert 9 isn't that competitive.

Anything wrong with my assumptions ?
