Hey guys ! I was just wondering which night sights are better, Glock or Trijicon as far as brightness, durability... etc. ?
Thanks !
They're about the same.
I own 4 Glocks. 2 have factory night-sights, and 2 have aftermarket NS on them, one being a Trijicon.
Both are durable, made of steel, and securely fastened to the slide. Own a 12-year old G26 with factory tritiums on it. They're dim now (past the 11 year half life) but haven't failed, or worked loose.
But with factory Glock, you only have 1 choice on tritium. Luckily, it's a no-nonsense, easy to use style. With aftermarket tritium sights, the styles are endless.
If you buy a NIB Glock, getting one with factory tritium will be a little cheaper than buying aftermarket; about $10-25 cheaper. It's up to you, but yes, the Glock ones are good.

I'd opine buying with OEM plastic sights and replacing with Trijicons or your favorite night sight. I prefer the screw on option that OEM doesn't provide

Stay away from the factory night sights. I had numerous front sights come loose since they are staked rather than screwed in.
Glock took care of me when i had the problem. they sent me complete sets of trijicons for all the pistols.
