View Full Version : Your Glock night sights
Thinking of upgrading my stock G17 sight system to a night sight rig.
Looking for a bar-dot setup, with different colors for the rear and front sight. Colors don't mean so much as that I have the bar-dot system.
What do you run and why?
Who did the work?
Price and return time aren't a factor.
Thanks

What is a bar and dot system? If it is exactly what it sounds like, then try XS Big Dots. They are purely combat sights, not competition/target sights.

XS 24/7 Big Dots are what I have on my G36.
I did the work myself. Everything you need, except for a hammer, comes with the sights .

I use an Ameriglo Operator front night sight and plain black sights (same as rear night sights but no tubes) from Ameriglo for the rear.

I'm looking anew, at the G36... But my range doesn't even stock one, so this would be a buy, untried.
Would the XS set from Judy's G19 work on a G36, or would I need a model-specific set of XS'?
While we're on it, what holster do you prefer for this rig?
What ammo does this gun like?
Any problems?

check on tacticalresponsgear.com You have to order them for a specific gun but from the website you can find out which ones fit which gun by the selector on which gun you have.
