2007 Colorado IDPA Championship

The 2007 Colorado IDPA State Championship will be held at the Pueblo West Sportsmans Assn 15-16 Sept 2007. 12 stages, Chrono and a box. Possible side matches. Lunch will be provided Saturday.

What are the prerequisites to play? Is there some sort of safety class or briefing? I've never shot IDPA before, but I did take the IPSC safety course.

The IPSC safety class works for IDPA, but you might want a match or two under your belt before shooting a State Championship. IDPA has a few differences that can bite you.

But with not even 50 people signed up as of now, I doubt it will happen. It will just be a regular monthly match if we cancel.

We will make an official decision on 15 August. Everyone that is signed up will be notified yea or nay that same day.

The third Sunday in Sept will be a normal IDPA match with a picnic thrown in after. As we usually have an annual picnic match anyway, the FR IDPA board has decided to have it at Pueblo this year.
