Hi everyone,
Several days ago i finally received my pistol permits after waiting 50 days, but thats another story (yeah i live in New Jersey), with the intention of buying 3 Glocks, a G20, a G29 and a subcompact that i haven't made up my mind on yet.......So 2 nights ago i just couldn't sleep, so i went on Glocktalk, and read all of general Glocking, gunsmithing, parts for sale, etc, etc, then i said to myself hmmm, i never read the H&K forum, so i starting looking at the postings, and one pistol kept popping up that got my attention, the USP Tactical45. Soooo afte reading all 39 pages of postings one thing stood out, I GOTTA HAVE ONE... Now call it what you want, faith, coincidence, or pure luck, the gun shop that i do gunsmith work for calls and says, Tom, i know you're looking for some Glocks, but come in i have something to show you that i think you might be interested in....... So last night i go there and he has this black nylon case, and i'm starting to get goose bumps, he opens it up, and there it is a 2002 USP Tac45. and this is the best part,(although it gets better) its BRAND NEW!! All accessories, 2mags, even the fired cartridge case envelope wasn't opened. Now the better part, he says you can have it for what i paid for it!! (he took it on trade with other guns and he estimated what he had paid) $540.00 !! MY first H&K, and i love it.....More to follow, including pictures.. Tom

I am not a huge USP fan (P7 snob chiming in  ) but I would have jumped on that too.

Great deal on your new pistol! I hope you enjoy it. You may want to consider getting a thread protector for the barell.
