Can anyone tell me the difference between the Surefire 622 and 623? How good are they and how much weight do the add to the shotgun?
Thanks.

I don't see a 622 listed on the Surefire site.

As for quality they are top notch, I have had no problems with mine. And for weight I don't think it's enough to matter. Get one, you won't be disappointed.

High quality gear. Not a significant increase in weight. A slight change in balance. Make sure the unit is compatible with your preferred sling configuration.
I'm not a fan of that lighting configuration for shotguns. I prefer a more modular rail(s) approach with conventional lights.

Surefire forend are durable shotgun light well integrated to the pump shotguns. Most LE's use Surefire 623.
Accessory rails work just as well and probably cheaper to configure.
