Here is a link to an interesting article on The Malmedy Massacre, which occured during the "Battle of the Bulge" in WW II.
This article projects some different ponits of view on this incident, that gives one pause to wonder about the incident and war crimes in general.
I have always thought that, "Only the war's losers, are tried for war crimes."
