Question about TrueGlo night sites

I did a search and I did not find the answer I was looking for and I'm wondering if anyone can help. I purchased the TruGlo sites for my G27 about a year ago. The front site quit working (it no longer glows) about a month ago. No drops or chemicals. Just not glowing anymore. Will TruGlo replace it? I looked at their website and they have a 90 day warranty. I called the gun store that I purchased them from and they have no clue? They sell and install these sites but after talking to two guys they were unable to verify if I'm eligible for a replacement. (errrrrr......I'm about to go a rant!) I called a good real store and they said it should not be a problem but I will need to go directly to TruGlo.

Call the manufacturer directly, ask for a return authorisation number and send it back for replacement.

I did and Truglo sent me replacement in less than two weeks.
