Recoil pad R3/Mossy

Does any one know if the Rem R3 recoil pad is gonna to fit on the Mossy 500A Persuader?.

I'd like to change my Mossy recoil pad to something that my shoulder will appreciates more when I'm out playing. I really don't wanna spend too much ($50 or less) for it, it's HD shotgun, the Knoxx are look pretty good but it's way out of my price range. Thanks.

The pre-fit Remington pad won't fit on your Mossy stock as it's profile is different. Limbsaver does make "grind-to-fit" pads that will work fine of your gun, but it will need to be installed/fitted by a gunsmith.

I did, I bought the Rem 870 HD and while for a NICS check, I was playing with it and found out that it's not for me, the safety and the action lock on the Moss is much better for me so, they swapped out the model number from REm to Moss.

Anyone have experience with the LimbSaver Slip On type ?.
