19/23 Sized Compact 10mm

I'd like a long slide 10mm to hunt with. However, my hands are somewhat small and I want the long slide built on a 19/23 sized receiver. Is this possible or is the 10mm cartridge too long (assume this is the case)?

That's gross.

The grip on the 10/45 frames aren't that much different from the 9/40 frames.
