Anyone have any hands on time with one? I am really, really wanting one of these, or the Model 77 Compact in .308
It is a great rifle! I really enjoy shooting it. The fit and finish seems abit better than a typical Ruger. I have only shot it in the desert, so I haven't done any real accuracy test, but it hits everything I point it at, so that will work with me.
I love mine,
Matt

I have a compact, but would've preferred the Frontier. Great size efficiency and utility.

Thanks for the replies.
How does the rifle fit you? I'm 6'2" with LONG arms, and wondered how it would fit. I haven't seen any around here yet to try.

I shoot from a squared closed stance, and it works well for me. Optimal, in fact, especially with layered clothes in winter.
