If the sights are in dovetails you can either use a hammer and brass punch or a sight pusher. I recommend the sight pusher. I bought one that went for $100 and was universal.

Are you sure you can get a Novak sight to fit the dovetail on your Eclipse? Also, it sounds like you have adjustable sights? It would be helpful if you could post a pic of your sights or a catalog pic with the same ones. It's usually a bit harder than pop one set off, pop another on, even with a sight pusher.

Kimber fixed sights are very VERY tight. You will break the night sight vials if you try to drift them out with a punch. I broke a Universal Sight pusher trying to get a Kimber sight out. They use a press at the factory. Your best bet would be to pay the 25 bucks to a gunsmith to change your sights unless you have a very stout sight pusher tool.
If you do have target adjustable sights, the only fixed sight that will fit your dovetail is made by Heinie. They are Slant Pro's or Straight Eight sights.
Novak does make a Kimber cut for their extreme adjustable but the standard Novak low profile sight will not fit a Kimber dovetail.

Do not try to replace Kimber fixed sights as Kruzr said. I have no idea why they have a set screw. The chances of you getting them off without breaking a vial is slim to none, that is unless you can borrow a good sight pusher.

I looked on Novak's website and they do indeed show a fixed low profile sight for the Kimber cut. Apparently Bob Serva's new company FUSION sells them also(the seller on Ebay.) They will fit if made to the right length after the dovetail.
If you haven't shot with Novaks before, you may want to try some before you make the switch. Many people (myself included) don't care much for the sight picture you get with a recessed blade. It's hard on old eyes!

I have read that Kimber sights are tight as hell. However, on the four different Kimbers I have replaced sight on, none required more than a brass drift and a 3 oz brass hammer. Came out pretty easily.

Looks like you have the common fixed sight, so the sight you pointed out is at least advertised to fit. I share the other posters' opinions that Kimber rear sights can be difficult to even move, much less RE-move, and professional help may prove useful. How easily the new one goes in is unknown, as how much "fitting" will be required is different between brands. I have not heard any info about the Fusion part.
