Just got a new-to-me 3" fixed-sight GP-100 .357.
List your favorite aftermarket grips, and any other accessories you have for this model. Don't worry about speedloaders, I've already got a few of those...

On my 4" GP100, I installed a set of Hogue FG grips, and replaced the OEM front sight with a high-viz model. Primary activity was deer hunting. An action job later smoothed up the gun quite a bit.

I picked up a set of those grips today; will try them out next trip to the rage (could be a couple of weeks, working around schedule and weather). They sure felt nice in the hand (off-the-gun test drive in the store).
Is that front sight actually the Hi-Viz brand, or one of the similar-type sights?

I think they were the Ruger OEM colored replacements. Package of four, maybe?

Ah, yes. Same (or similar) ones I got for my Redhawk.
Those won't work on the 3" fixed-sight gun; on this short-barreled model, the sight isn't quick-replaceable, it's cross-pinned in a slot in the barrel rib. It looks a lot like a Security-Six front blade; maybe I'll call Ruger and find out if they have any other factory options for the 3" gun.
Thanks for the info, though!
I like the factory grips on the GP100, though I removed the wood insert panels and use the factory ribbed plastic panels on my fixed-sight GP100. (My adjustable-sighted GP100 still wears wood panels.) It's the best handgun grip in the world, for my hands. The Pachmayrs feel OK, but the rubber is too sticky, Hogue's finger groove are all wrong for me, and they are also too sticky. Sticky is OK for shooting but snags on clothing, spoiling concealment.

+1
I like the factory stocks too for those reasons. The hogues make it nice for shooting if the recoil bugs you,but they grab clothing bad IMO.
