Need help w/ edit (thread/title/)

I was hoping someone could help me...

I'am selling a handgun in the firearms section & originally was only selling it locally so i put this in the heading/thread , after finding a guy/FFL that can help me ship I need to change the heading/thread to read new price & to take away the (IL only) option.
I have done the edit thing but have been unsuccesful...

please help.
