View Full Version : bandolier or chest holster for G20
Wondering what people are using for a holster when packing in the mountains. I think I would prefer a chest or bandolier holster as to not interfer with rifle stock or backback. Looked at Uncle Mikes, tried to emailing Simply rigged w/o response.
Thank

I asked the exact question a while back. Wanted specific info on the one listed below. Got no replys. I talked to the guy a few times. He told me you can get different pouches if you carry a few different types of handguns. He said it will save you $10.00. I think for that price I would just get another complete holster. Hope this helps.

BlackHawk Tactical thigh holster.
They have some onsale for $20, but not for the G20 right now.
Here is the one I have been using for the last couple of years. I don't ware it like in the pic I put shoulder strap on other side. Holds me G20 6"KKM great

ARK15 - Thanks for the input. A previous poster also recommended the Blackhawk gear, but in a tactical leg...choices. Blackhawk is a leg holster with a flap and room to mount 2 extra mags (total of 3 + 1 in gun). Adding 3 mags seems like overkill.
Both options seem to have benefits, w/ the leg probably being better with a backpack, but the chest better with a back.
Maybe both is the best option.
Thanks to all

I have an "under the gun" vertical shoulder holster that I wear in the woods. It comes with a double mag pouch on the weak side + the belt holds a pair of mags as well. The whole thing was only about forty bucks and it works perfectly.
