Holster help for my new g19

I just bought a new glock 19 and I love it.I don't know why I waited so long it is my favorite weapon. Now I need to get my baby some good leather to sit in. I was looking at the Milt Sparks VM2 and I like the looks and the way it will function. Can anyone here give me advice on this particular holster? Give advice only if you have used or currently use this holster. I work as an LEO and concealment is key for me off duty I don't like anyone knowing i'm carrying or the element of suprise or the upper hand on the BG in a bad situation may not be there. Alot of my fellow officers carry open-badge on belt but I think it makes you a target and could get you killed. Also could you post photos of your holster with weapon while wearing it or just with weapon in holster. I appreciate all the advice and help.

I have a G23 and I am LEO also. Have you checked out Comp-tac?
My friend uses one daily for his 23 and loves it.
I hate to carry IWB, it is very uncomfortable for me. I usually carry my G23 in a DeSantis belt holster(not sure of the model). It holds it close to my body and I carry it at 4 o'clock.

I was carrying a 19 in a Milt Sparks VM2.
It is very good at concealement with the shirt tucker clips installed.
But now it is sitting in my drawer (lots of money wasted there!)
I wasn't so impressed (unlike many here) it is overpriced, and came out with the Glock a couple of times on the draw.

What does IWB stand for?

Inside the wasteband.
Some people love it, and others hate it.
For me, the gun feels more secure there, and doesn't bash into furniture etc.

I have tried several IWB, in leather and kydex. Gary Brommeland makes in my opinion the best holster you can buy. The leather is thin, yet it holds it's shape and after being broken in is almost as fast as kydex. You'll wait a few months for one, but I can promise it's worth the wait... Brommeland MaxConV

I carry my g19 in a milt sparks summer special 2 & love it. If you like IWB carry it's one of the best in my opinion, if you don't then none will feel quiet right. I hardly ever use OWB holsters anymore.

I bought a CTAC from Comp-tac... its just great, i have it with the J Clip. Just need to have a proper belt
