Stag and Superior are both affordable and seem easy enough to find.

I have a Superior Arms lower that seems really nice for the price. I think it was $225 shipped from RB Precision (http://www.rbprecision.com/id74_m.htm#stripped_lower). That is the complete lower with 6 position stock.

I bought a complete lower with adjustable stock from Ameetec for $200. It seems really nice. I haven't finished building it, but my FFL (who builds a fair number of ARs) was impressed.

First consider what you want it a complete lower. It beigna .458 I'm thinking substantial recoil and long distance precision shooting, maybe hunting big game?
I would suggest a fixed stock, A-1 or A-2, A-2 if it's going to be a bench gun or fired mainly from prone position, unless you want to go with a higher end adjustable. You most likely will want to step up to a nice two stage trigger also, something like a Jewel or Geissele.
While I like the CMY/Stag lowers, you may need to do a little fitting depending on your upper as the rear inside of the lowers are tighter as they leave off two machining steps to get a tighter fit on the two parts. (They also make RRA) This is fine in a .223 build, but if you have some tolerance staking going on and it's really tight, I'm not sure how the recoil would act on the lower if it is really tight and you don;t fit it, just something to consider.
Me, with that upper, I would suggest to a customer of mine an LAR lower, Geissele trigger, or at least a Jewel and an A-2 stock.
