I have had a set of XS Systems sights on my g30 for about two months
and I'm sure if I want to keep them on there or not. I have Trijicon sights on my g23 and I shoot better with it. I thinking of getting a set of Truglo's TFO sights for the g30. Can anyone tell me if it is going to be a nightmare getting those XS sights off. I used the red loctite on them. One person told me I'll have to use heat to get them off. Is this true? I hate to mess up the finish on my gun. Thanks,

You nay need to heat up the loctite to loosen it, but try without first. A little head on the screws should not affect the finish of your gun if you need to use it.

How do you recommend heating it?

I use a heatgun but a soldering iron or hairdryer would work too.
if you decide to trash them, what would you want for the set?

I won't trash them but I probably would let them go for $75.00 plus
shipping. Shouldn't cost more than 2 bucks to ship.
Let me know if your interested. They cost me $126.00 with shipping.
Only about a month old.
