Still waiting for delivery to my FFL. Waiting SUCKS
Oh well. I'll post a report once I get it to the range. I've got 300 hundreds rounds to burn. WWB fmj, WWB jhp in both 115 and 147gr, and a 100 rnd box of Remington 115gr jhp.
BTW, I found Kahr mags for a great price here:

Cograts on your new Kahr:banana:
I have found that the Remmington 115gr JHP's work very good in my CW9.

Thats good news, as I really want to carry a round that I can practice with without going broke. The Remingtons are an incredible bargain at Wal-Mart for around $17 per 100. I would love to know how the remington 115gr JHP responds in ballistics gelatin. Actually, I'd love to see a comparison of all the inexpensive practice JHP that is currently out there with some expensive stuff used as performance benchmarks.
I notice that the WWB 147gr JHP is a rather long round. Have you tried this or other factory loaded 147gr in your CW and if so how does the longer stuff feed?
I have read that the WWB 147gr round is a very accurate round. Can't wait to do some testing!!!!!!!
I hope today is the day I get my new pistol, C'mon USPS, get a move on!

Not sure about the 147gr. I have also used 124gr Gold Dots, they run through both my CW9 and PM9 perfectly.

Got my gun
She is a beauty. No visual defects at all. The slide looks pretty nice too for being the "cheap" version. Trigger pull is smooth and breaks at about 7 pounds. Thats going to take some getting use to as my other gun is a 1911 .45 with a 4.0 pound SA trigger, but not having any external safeties makes me want a heavier pull on the Kahr anyway. I'll just have to practice more!
I also have to give thanks to whoever cleaned my gun at the factory as there was very little for me to do once I got her apart. I gave her a good cleaning anyway and finished up with some ultima lube from Wilson combat on the rails and gun oil elsewhere.
First impressions:
This gun fits my hand GREAT. I have pretty small hands and I can actually reach the slide release without having to change my grip on the gun. I also see that there is no way for the slide release to bite me as my hand is well away from it. That was a concern because so many gunwriters complained of that problem. My guess is they have much larger paws than me.
Weight: Man is this gun light! Even with a full mag of 147gr JHPs it is a featherweight. It is also a natural pointing gun. Very easy to get on target quickly. I also find the checkering gives a good grip, but is a little sharp after extensive fondling. Not really a complaint, just an observation.
All in all I'm a very happy camper right now. Will get it to the range next week and post some shooting observations.
Hey, MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!!!!!!!!:reindeer: :santa: :tree:

My PM9 ate everything I fed it. I can't imagine the CW9 would be more tempermental. Enjoy!
