I wish Glock made a conversion Glock 35 with both barrels and a neutral caliber marked slide.

MAN, It's nice being one of the chosen few !!!
357 Sig barrel standard size in my G35 for a conversion and it is very accurate. I shoot at 100 yds with this set up and keep them all on the target. I too like the caliber and am looking a barrel for my 229 Sport to convert it to 357 Sig. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Roy

I absolutely love this combo!!!! I may possibly get a Chrono. for my B-day this month. The load I'm going to make with a reg. rem. 124 grain H.P. may exit the 5" LWD 357Sig barrel at around 1500 feet per second. I don't know of any 9mm that can do that. Nice and flat shootin' pistol'ee set up it is!

I converted my Glock 35 to 357 sig. last month. I utilized an IGB 357 sig 5.5 inch barrel. I love it! It's made in Austria and is tennifer fininshed so it blends with the factory slide. Don't own a chrono, but it sounds impressive when fired with hornady's 147 hp. :hearts:

My Jarvis .357 sig barrel for my G35 should arive tomorrow. I already have a 9mm conversion barrel for it. I cut front serations in the slide and will be sending it to Tripp Research next week for the hard chrome finish then top it off with TFO sights. I have been thinking about getting a C-more slide ride red dot sight but I don't think it will fit in any holster if I go that route.

The best thing about converting your G35 with a .357 SIG barrel is that you don't have to change the mags or the ejector, because both are compatible for the 357.
I'm looking into it also.

Cool friggin' beans mon! I loaded up some 357 Sig 124 grain H.P.s with some AA#9 powder and did some velocity testing. My first loads were quite light, like roughly 1370 fps, but I was following the Accurate Arms Powder loading data. The Speer manual pushes it's data to the edge of 40,000 psi (max pressure). So I loaded some that came out at 1470-ish fps ,but still not what I was lookin' for= 1500 fps. My next loads were right beloew the max powder charge from the Speer manual, and compressed too. They produced and an average of 1535 fps! Lowest was 1522 fps and highest was 1559 fps! That extra inch plus change of barrel seems to help velocity out plenty enough. I don't know any 9mm +p that can do 1500 fps. Also, no over pressure indications on any brass/primers. I compared them with some Win. white box, at roughly 1450 fps, and primers looked almost the same. I post more details this evening on the reloading forum.
