Took my frankengun to the range today and ran 400 rounds of the Prvi Partisan through it. The bullets seem to be seated a little long, they barely fit in my D&H magazines, but they did fit and fed just fine. Accuracy was okay - about 2" at 100 yards from a bench, 4" kneeling. Very clean ammo; nice shiny cases, low smoke and left very little residue on the bolt. Can't answer for velocity, but all of it ran perfectly, very similar performance to the Federal AE loads for those who have used it. Good plinking ammo, especially since the M193 is getting so expensive. If anyone was thinking about buying some this stuff is not too bad.
My LMT and SDI carbines eat Prvi Partisan M193 all day long without a hitch. Great ammo and sealed in plastic battlepacks for long term storage.

My experience with this stuff has been good with one exception. For some wierd reason, it insists on landing one inch left of where the federal XM193 lands. As this is my SHTF ammo, and it is like hen's teeth to get these days, I am loathe to shoot much of it. That's why I started experimenting with the Serbian stuff. Why does it do that? (land 1 inch left)
all my guns eat that prvi partisan stuff like candy. Shoots the same POI as other ammo.
Internet rumor says that it's the same stuff as Wolf "gold" (not their steelcased, but brasscased & true copperjacketed bullet, not copperplated steel jacket on the bullet itself)
Haven't tried it personally, but most say it's pretty good, but not too consistent. Something to do with the heel of the bullet not formed too well when it's rolled over the lead core during production.
Again, haven't tried it myself, just repeating stuff gleaned from other sites.
Didn't have enough power to cycle my AR with my ISMI spring.
But I did have a clover leaf.
