I just got finished ordering 5 additional Bushmaster mags from Natchez Shooters Supply. I paid $19.09 total ea. incl. s&h. I know that is less than local gun store for B/m mags, and more than other brand USGI mags I've seen online.
I am new to the AR world and wanted quality mags without trying unknown brands, only to find out they may or may not work properly.
Did I do OK, or should I have bought another brand and saved some money?
Plain old USGI mags work very well, no need to pay more for a Teflon finish.
The Bushmaster mags should work.

I have 4 bushmaster mags that I use and I've never had a problem, once in a while the rounds scrape pretty good on the front, but never caused a feed problem for me, price seems fair as they are $25 around me now. Enjoy.
BM mags are overpriced and BM uses D&H mags with BM floorplates (BM, like Colt, does not make mags). Check out 44mag.com for some great deals.
44mag.com is great people, and the mags are the same exact ones that Bushmaster sells (except for floor plate stampings):wavey:

And they are almost half the price. ;)
Oh well, you live and you learn.

Yep, I been there. I have about 10 Bushy mags bought before I "trusted" 44mag.com (Bought them local from a bud for 15 bux a pop)
Now I'll order from 44mag.com

I've heard very good things about CProducts mags, but don't own any yet.

Another question, are the magazines that BravoCompany sells any good?

Yes, Bravocompany sells good stuff. Any of those mags are excellent.

Adventure Line and Okay Industries are what most of our mags in the armory appear to be, and they all function fine assuming the springs are still good.

Did you get 20 or 30 round mags. I use only 20 rounders but have not had much luck withs the 20 round Bushmasters. I've never had a feed problem with 20 round USGI, Colt, Adventureline, Center etc.
