Since you phrased it "If you had only one (1) choice of Make & Model 10mm to carry" the answer is easy...my G29.
Doesn't mean I love my Deltas any less though...

Tough choice. I own a Delta Elite and a Glock Model 20, have no problems carrying either of them. The Colt shoots a little better in my hands, but the G-20 is so much more forgiving of daily wear and tear.
Can't give either of them up, sorry. :)

That's easy, my G20 with a 6 inch Stormlake barrel. When I'm in the great outdoors I use the Stormlake, when at home in the nightstand it's stock. Since I got the G23, it's become the nightstand/CCW, but there's no platform more versatile than the G20.;)

Since I don't have a Glock, I think my Smith 1066 would fill the bill pretty good.

G20
The Glock 20.
For some reason it is one of the most accurate handguns I own.

Well, since Glock hasn't brought out the G20L yet, and I can't afford the after-market longslides (wouldn't matter if I could since they're all sold-out anyway...), I guess it would be a standard G-20. I've actually carried 2 G-20s simultaneously, concealed, with no problems, although if I was doing much physical stuff, one or the other would have printed.
I do like my G-29, but for pure versatility, I really like the G-20.
If the G-20L were available though, that's what I'd choose, because I don't see a HUGE difference in concealability with a longer slide and barrel. It's usually the grip that causes most printing. And, the G20L w/ the 6" barrel just gives unbelievable performance increase over the stock 4.6", and after all, that's what the 10mm is all about - performance.

If they offered a G20L, that would be the one. But barring that, I'd take the G20C-- yup, that's right, the compenstated model. Because with a quick barrel swap you can shoot it either comped or non-comped. It just gives a little more versatility than a stock G20.
I'm not a big fan of little compact pistols and I carry a standard G20 off-duty every day of my god forsaken life.

It was unbelievably comforting, but I was having trouble deciding what to do for carrying extra mags... I guess I'm not quite up to Mall Ninja standards,,,,,, yet! :mallninja:
I'm really crazy about my Deltas and my Razorback... but for carry duty, I'm sorry, the Glock 29 really wins that one hands down... it's the approx. size and weight of a Kimber Compact CDP (aluminum frame). It holds eleven rounds of hot ten and dispenses them with reliable authority. Tough to beat that for carry.
Add in a KKM barrel for extra beefy case head support and you've got a very safe & potent mini launcher.
