More help with my PM40

I called Kahr, (excellent customer service by the way), they sent me out a new barrel, recoil spring and 2 new magazines, overnighted it. I put about 50 rounds through it that night with no failures to return to battery, I was happy about that. I had one failure to expel. Kahr did say I would need to let it break in again with the new parts.

Now for the new problem, I loaded up the mags, I then put the mag in used the slide release to chamber a round, pulled the mag out added one more round to it. I wanted to have it the same way I will carry it. I then shot the first round, fired fine but the slide locks back about 3/4 of the way and gets stuck? I have to release the mag, lock the slide back, reinsert mag, use slide release and then it fires fine? Anyone else have this issue?

This wasn't really a problem before. I am going to shoot another couple hundred rounds tommorow. I am hoping for all of the issues to resolve with more break in.

Did you lube it properly ?

yep. with tetra gun lube.

I had one never got it to work right. Don't waste the ammo "re-breaking it in," sell it and buy a gun that works. Good luck...
