My first Glock (still have it)was a G23 back in the early Clinton years. Thought was "If the mag can only hold 10, it might as well be 10 big ones". Later acquired a G27. I always said if Glock would come out with a three pin 9mm (if Chuck Taylor can get that many rounds through a 2 pin then a 3 pin should be indistructable)plus if I could get normal capacity mags I would get a G19.
Well Clintons mag bans expired and Gaston started making 3 pins for everything so a little over two years ago I told our local gun dealer I would take the first G19 he could get with normal mags. Two weeks later I traded my Sig for a G19.
Well after 2 yrs its becoming my favorite. Only mods so far have been a smooth trigger but will get sights later. When I noticed on my shot count database that the G19 had more rounds throught it then the G23 I decided to join the G1 Niners. Even got a number from misskitty. So here I am. I will keep my G27 though.
