Magazine Question.

Will the flush fit magazine base from the PM9 fit on my 7 round P9 magazines? Will Kahr sell me just the 6 round bases without buying the entire magazine?

I believe that they will fit.

If you own both, swap one from your PM9 mag to verify that it does fit.

Kahr used to sell just the mag bases. give 'em a call.

Yes the base plate will interchange but I believe you also have to change the other flat piece not sure what you call it. I have done this for my carry mag for my P9.

The PM9 bases should fit P9 mags, but P9 bases WILL NOT fit PM9 magazines. Well, actually, they'll fit... You just won't
be able to use them afterwards. The mag won't engage the mag release with the thicker P9 base.

Actually, the P9 mags can be made to fit the 6 round magazine with a judicious application of sand paper and elbow grease. The P9 mags make the pistol much easier to shoot because they provide a little shelf between the fourth and fifth fingers.
