A few of the parts are obviously after-market. Otherwise, it would go for $650 or so in this area. But the after-market parts will drop the value to about $500-550, as thisaway said.

I know the stock and handguard is a reproduction and will replace it soon. What other parts are not USGI ? Thanks...

Recoil lug and screw/nut are the other obvious ones, in the photos. I would guess by your note that the butt plate also is repro.
These things aren't awful, but they're just not collectible. I have a Winchester M1 carbine that's sitting in a reproduction stock and hand guard right now, and it's because I don't have a nice original stock for it. But I'll keeping an eye out for originals to replace it with.
Usually, the value of the repro set is maybe $40 or so. Originals with carthouches, correct for the rifle, can run a couple hundred. Nut urgent, but better to get them while the prices are where they are instead of, say, 5 years from now.
