I read somewhere that Glock beefed up, or modified in some way, the 32. I'm not talking about Gen 2 and 3 changes. Does anyone know what exactly was changed and when the change was made? Thanks.

There are rumors that the Glocks couldnt handle the 357 in the long run and so beefed them up, is this true??

I have heard very little. I was going through the whole 9mm +P+ vs. 357 sig debate and came across a mention of some beveling that was done to some part of the weapon. I have searched for it but have been unable to find it again.

i think its the reinforced frame apparently theres steel inserts just below the front frame rails you can see them when you take the slide off and look at the frame front on. I talked to the local importer for glock here (i was getting confused about converting a .40 frame gun over to 357 and the whole serial number thing etc seeing the guns we get here are NVP stamped i wanted to know if it applyed) i was told by him the whole pressure thing is nothing to worry about seeing as the pressure is based in the barrel.
