View Full Version : Kimber Pro TLE/RL II with TLR-1 Pics
Here's some pics of the new tlr-1 I picked up today. Also threw in some pics of the rest of the collection. Sorry for the crappy pics...I need some better lighting:supergrin:.

Nice!
I'm debating whether or not to keep the light on the kimber or put it on the USP, man I hate these decisions .

I think you need an adapter for the USP as their rail is a proprietary one.
Mine was and is still on my CZ SP-01, I just put it on the Springer for the pic.
The Springer was a do-all 1911 purchase. Aluminum frame and commander size = good for carry. The rail and nightsights = good for nightstand. The idea is that I can travel with it. Have it on my hip during the day and then when I go sleep put the TLR on it and put it on the nightstand. The CZ is my fulltime nightstand gun as it is way too big and heavy to conceal.
Yea I have the Rail for the USP. I bought the kimber for the same all around purposes you mentioned. Quick question though, how has your sprinfield held up to holster wear? Looks great in the pics. Just been worried about carrying the Kimber and wearing the finish off.
I guess I'm just being anal but It's such a good looking gun and I hate to see it scruffed up.

Not sure as I haven't even so much as fired it yet (got it 2 days ago). ;)

I wasn't going to try to steal Faris13s thunder or anything, but since we're posting pics...

I love that springfield...I guess it's something about being a fullsize with a rail along the whole length...just looks mean.
I say this thread becomes "lets see your 1911 with tac lights."
